Phil Goodman is the founder and CEO of Talent Realized, a people-first advisory firm that helps leaders build healthy, high-performing workplaces where individuals and organizations thrive.

With more than two decades of experience in human resources and talent strategy, Phil partners with small and growing organizations — including businesses, nonprofits, and churches — to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their people decisions. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and culture, helping organizations move beyond reactive HR and into intentional people leadership.

At the core of Phil’s philosophy is a simple belief: talent is a gift to be stewarded, not a problem to be managed. Inspired by the Parable of the Talents, Phil founded Talent Realized with the conviction that leaders are entrusted with the responsibility to invest in people — to develop potential, create trust, and build environments where individuals can do their best work.

Phil’s career spans a wide range of organizational contexts, from fast-growing companies to deeply mission-driven organizations. Today, he leads a team of experienced fractional Chief People Officers who collectively bring over 200 years of HR and leadership experience to clients across the country.

Phil holds an MBA and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). This combination of business acumen and deep HR expertise allows him to work closely with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to solve complex people challenges — from leadership alignment and culture design to talent strategy, compliance, and organizational growth.
