Meet Michael

Michael Erisman is a global HR executive with more than 25 years of experience leading people strategy across some of the world's most recognized organizations. He has held Chief People Officer roles at Reputation, DocuSign, Pushpay, and Parallels, and has served in senior HR leadership positions at Microsoft, H&R Block, Qwest Communications, PepsiCo, and General Electric — leading teams and employees across more than 150 countries.

At Talent Realized, Michael serves as Sr. Principal and Fractional Chief People Officer. He works alongside CEOs and boards to help them see the people implications of their business strategy — ensuring that decisions around growth, structure, and direction account for the human systems that will ultimately execute them.

Michael's approach is both strategic and practical. He understands that HR must be rigorous and relational — that the best people systems balance clear accountability with genuine trust. Where many leaders see a business strategy, Michael sees the talent, culture, and leadership decisions embedded within it. His work helps organizations move from reactive, ad hoc people practices to disciplined, scalable frameworks.

Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors at MAP International and as an Advisory Board Member for tech startups Prisidio and Prefect. He is also an adjunct professor in the School of Business at Seattle Pacific University, where he earned his BA in Psychology. He holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University.

Michael lives in Snoqualmie, Washington, with his wife and three daughters.
