Meet Meagan

Meagan Sylvester is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of recruiting experience across startups, enterprise organizations, and high-growth teams. As Principal at Talent Realized, she oversees our recruiting services — bringing strategic oversight, deep sourcing expertise, and a hands-on approach to every client engagement.

Meagan founded Sylvester Consultancy in 2014, building a boutique recruiting practice that has partnered with companies from bootstrapped startups to Series A through IPO-stage firms. Her client roster includes names like Rippling, Anaconda, Auth0 (now Okta), Temporal Technologies, and Porch — recruiting across every business function from Admin and Ops to GTM and C-suite. She also currently serves as Talent Partner for Tola Capital, supporting portfolio founders and leadership teams as they build and scale their teams.

Earlier in her career, Meagan served as Director of Recruiting at Simply Measured, where she helped scale the company from 30 to over 100 employees in under nine months. She has also held recruiting roles at Apptio, PayScale, and Sucker Punch Productions, giving her fluency across tech, SaaS, and creative industries.

When she's not tracking down great candidates, Meagan is out riding horses, fostering dogs, and running after her two energetic kids in Yakima Valley, WA.
