Kyle Evans, a Principal at Talent Realized, is a trusted advisor to pastors and church leadership teams, helping churches strengthen leadership, build healthy cultures, and implement people-focused practices that support both ministry effectiveness and long-term mission impact. He brings graduate training in executive leadership for Christian ministry, seminary education, and deep ministry leadership experience to his work, helping leaders navigate the complex intersection of mission, leadership, and people management.

With years of experience in church leadership and ministry environments, Kyle understands the unique pressures faith-based organizations face — balancing mission, theology, staffing dynamics, governance, and growth. His work focuses on moving churches from reactive HR challenges to intentional leadership and people strategies that strengthen teams, clarify roles, and enable leaders to perform at their best.
